No order is too small for us and we don’t have a Handling Charge.

Prices, Delivery & Payment

Our prices are in Can$ • FOB King City, Ontario.

Prices do not include taxes (GST/TPS, HST and PST).

We are for our Canadian customers required by law to collect GST/TPS (5%) and for customers in Ontario, PST (8%), where applicable. HST (13%) will be collected for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland/Labrador.

Note: Prices and availability subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will normally be shipped on day of order via UPS Expedited Service with delivery 1 day for Ontario & Québec, 1-3 days for other provinces.

We ship UPS Expedited, but you pay less than UPS Standard Ground rate.

Other shipments (Early AM, Express, Express Saver) available, if requested. Freight prepaid and added to invoice.

Our payment term is NET 30 DAYS.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, simply return it to us (shipping charges prepaid) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept used needles or opened pre-sterilized packages.

Liability and Warning

KING MEDICAL is not responsible for any injury, infection, or other damage resulting from the use of its electrodes and supplies.

Electrodes are for medical professional use only.

·Sterilization, use and application of the products are the sole responsibility of the user!

·Electrodes with exposed and unprotected male pins can with improper connection to power cords, extension cords, wall sockets or other power sources result in injury or death!

Repairs

We will repair electrodes/electrode cables bought through King Medical for $3 per repair ($15 for Medtronic/Dantec Felttip Nerve Stimulator) + GST,

if applicable, but you have to pay the shipping costs both ways – we can not accept collect shipments!

Please note! A few “molded/integrated” cables are unfortunately non-repairable.

Please Note

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has determined the use of standard 2mm pin connectors to be unsafe.

These connectors can with improper connection to high voltage power sources result in injury or death.

All electrodes are now equipped with the new touch-proof, female, safety connector (1.5mm)• Design specification DIN 42 802.

Fortunately it is easy to convert an “old” 2mm input connection to the new touch-proof version with a small $2.75 adapter (#M1935 Adapters).

A double adhesive washer (included) will keep the adapter in place. For multiple conversions, we recommend you contact your equipment vendor.
